Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage by calling your insurance company and carefully asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is my financial responsibility per therapy session? (Deductible, Copay)
- Is a prior authorization required prior to seeing a therapist?

- Medicare (John Milnes only)
All other insurances, please call the number on the back of your insurance card to check eligibility and benefits.
We do not accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
For our clients with no insurance we do offer a percentage discount when services are paid at the time of service with either cash or check.
Cash, check, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a missed appointment fee starting at $50.00 with full fee required for multiple no shows/late cancellations.
